The Tangerines made the trip to the military base, RAF Benson, to progress the third qualifying round.
Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies Football Club put their name in the hat for the Third Qualifying Round of the Women's FA Cup after a 12-1 victory over Benson Lionesses.
The game started in lively fashion with Ashley Cheatley and Holly Isaacs testing the goalkeeper very early on.
The breakthrough however came from the penalty spot when Cheatley was brought down in the box. Laura Huse stepped up and converted the penalty, scoring her first goal of the season.
Cheatley was a threat from early on and Benson Lionesses attempted to mark her out of the game but when the forward managed to wriggle free, she was ruthless in front of goal and doubled Ashford's lead when she raced through and slotted the ball into the bottom corner.
The home side reduced the margin down to one when a clearance ricocheted off the forward to find it's way into the back of the net.
This goal appeared to have galvanised The Tangerines as Cheatley recorded her hatrick soon after by hitting a quick-fire double.
Charmaine Benham was playing her first game of the season for Ashford Ladies and returned to scoring form with a long range effort wrong footing the goalkeeper to increase the lead to 5-1.
Benson Lionesses came from behind in their last FA Cup match to record a victory, so Ashford knew a professional performance was required to see out this game.
Cheatley continued to show her brilliance in front of goal by scoring two more goals - taking her tally to 16 goals in two games.
Lavana Neufville was a constant threat on the wide areas and assisted a handful of goals, she herself then got in on the act in the second half by scoring two goals and denied a hatrick with the very impressive Benson Lionesses goalkeeper, pulling off a string of outstanding saves.
Cheatley scored two more goals before player of the match Hannah Pearson scored the pick of the goals by firing in a 30 yard screamer. Her previous attempts from distance had both hit the frame of the goal.
Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies Football Club after this victory put themselves into the hat for next round of the Women's FA Cup. The draw will be uploaded onto the site.
