Laura Huse put in a player of the match performance to ensure Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies took all three points to guarantee a top three finish in the Greater London Women’s Football League Division One.
Brentford took an early lead after two minutes with a long range drive and doubled their lead shortly after.
The Bees then grabbed a third after a freak own goal and it meant The Tangerines had it all to do.
Lavana Neufville, who is having a strong end to the season scored the first goal for Ashford Ladies before addidng another to her tally just five minutes after.
Ashley Cheatley joined in with a goal of her own before Huse completed a remarkable comeback heading in a Hannah Pearson free kick.
The Tangerines raced straight out of the blocks from the off with Cheatley and Neufville going close but it didn’t take long for Cheatley to again show her quality in the final third and double her tally also.
She then turned provider as Charmaine Benham finally grabbed a goal after going close a number of times.
Lucy Thornton’s pace out wide caused problems for the home sides defence and used it to win a penalty in the dyeing moments of the game which Huse made no mistake in putting away.
Brentford scored two before the end but Neufville recorded her hatrick to sure up the game and the three points.
