An excellent MK Dons display saw the Women's Premier League Side put six goals past Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies at The RPS on Sunday.
The Tangerines started the brightest of the two sides, forcing the goalkeeper into two good saves early on.
It was the away side however who took the lead after poking in a cross form the right.
Their second goal game shortly after when a thunderbolt of a strike flew into the back of the net.
Just before the half time break Ashley Cheatley's skill eluded the MK Dons defence and her through pass into Lavana Neufville looked to be breakthrough Ashford needed, before Neufville's strike cannoned back out, hitting the crossbar.
Again, the home side started brightly, just not getting the luck needed for that ever important third goal of the game.
MK Dons however reinforced their dominance by firing in a third. The away side added three more as they cruised to a comfortable victory in the end.
A disappointing result for The Tangerines, however a display of character throughout to be proud of.
The Tangerines return to Cup action next weekend with a challenging fixture against New London Lionesses. The Lionesses who won their 1st Round FA Cup game against Chesham (after extra time) find themselves being the only GLWFL side remaining in the Women's FA Cup.
