Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies FC held their first ever summer tournament, sponsored by Ashford Kitchens, over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of June 2019.
Saturday saw the juniors (U10s - U14s) compete for the Cup and Plate within their respective age groups and Sunday saw the seniors take centre stage. Throughout both days, there was a great atmosphere around the place created by the players, officials and spectators as well as some fantastic football on show from all teams. Ultimately there had to be winners for each age group (displayed below) and a massive congratulations goes out to them all.

Chairman, Will Boye Said:"When we first set out our plans to run this tournament and seeing it unfold, we can conclude that it has been a great success with over 300 ladies and girls participating and expressing themselves within the games. A massive thank you to Ashford Kitchens for sponsoring our tournament and to all our staff, as without them none of this would be possible. We have also learnt a lot from this experience and have already earmarked ways to improve for our next tournament in 2020 which we are already looking forward to hosting!"
